These terms govern tickets sold by Legion Travels Pvt Ltd through Noonu Ferry. By completing a booking you accept them.
Booking and payment
- A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified by our team.
- Seats reserved online are held for a limited period and released automatically if payment is not completed.
- Fares are quoted per seat and per journey segment, in Maldivian Rufiyaa unless stated otherwise.
Travel
- Please be at the jetty at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Tickets are valid only for the trip, date and seat shown on them.
- Each passenger is responsible for their own baggage; carriage of dangerous goods is not permitted.
Schedule changes
- Departures may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled for weather, sea conditions or operational reasons.
- Where we cancel a trip, you may travel on the next available departure or request a refund.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fare paid, except where Maldivian law provides otherwise. We are not liable for onward connections missed as a result of a delayed or cancelled departure.
